I got a pasta machine for Christmas! Any pointers/recipes? - used pasta machine

I have a pasta machine, I really wanted! How to make fresh pasta? Any favorite recipes? Are there recipes for pasta doughs are made without eggs? (However, all welcome recipes!) Information on how to use the machine? This is a manual hand crank a little. Thank you!

The point that I have ever heard is, even if your dough seems dry, brittle and are based do not worry, more flexible, because it goes through the machine

The most popular are the ravioli.

To the dough add as water to flour until it forms a paste.
Open dough with the machine. Fill), the pockets of dough filled with ricotta (fresh cheese, make sure to close all corners. We are a couple of minutes and cook the noodles as usual. Do not make large ravioli and make all the same size. Serve with favorite pasta sauce. Good luck.
