That is, both for taste and for use as a preservative. However, soy is an excellent source of salt in all kinds of sauces and marinades. Try being transmitted instead of salt and taste beyond the simple addition of salt.

To make such a marinade for white fish for sale (Tilapia is cheap and delicious when prepared) in this way, a mixture of the juice of 1 small orange, 2 lemons, 2 limes 6 tbsp honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, chopped, 4 cloves of garlic and teaspoon freshly ground pepper in a bowl and mix well. In a plastic bag with his fist and let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes and have a dish / sweet fish pie that is sure to please!

Low sodium soy sauce? Water is added to the regular soy sauce!
You can do the same and double rooms.
Try tamari - a higher kind of soy sauce. It is more yellow and less used!
